[Board] practice this thursday

Hey Ladies,
  So, im not quite sure what to do.
Rob and Sarah will not be attending practice this coming Thursday.
I was hoping not to attend either, as Im supposed to be going to Dan's parents to help set up for his sister's baby shower and I will be hearding down to Richmond Friday to Sunday morning..so Thursday is the only time I can go over and help....
If I really have to go to practice I will..but I really need to help...so, does anyone have any ideas?
Not sure if Deb, maybe you could help? Or Karen B and Joanna??  I know watson, you aren't going to be there either..
