all looks good for the start of fall season out at the home field. See correspondence below between myself and Vely. I think someone should still drive past the field sometime early in September just to make sure. Someone needs to seriously weed wack around the shed before the first game. The grass and weeds are waist deep. Who knows what is crawling around in there, and when I was up there for Cheesteak field equipment, a mouse was in the shed. Don't forget, I have all field equipment needed for your first game. Someone will have to drop by and pick it up for field set up before the first game.

I went to the Green Field meeting last night. I put the girls in for Green Field use from October 9th-November 15th. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-10 pm. It should not be a problem if you need to move over earlier because the guys are going to Green Field soon. Early September, maybe even late August, soon. Vely told the Rec Dept to just make one invoice for the two teams, Joanna make sure you get a copy, and we need only pay them back for the times we use it. $7.50 per use (1/2 the Rec Dept Fee).

Contact me if you have questions. Hey Watson, if I bring my car seat to the board meeting on Monday the 13th, can you help me install it please?

Hi Marilyn,

-Penn State on 9/08 is away.
-The field has been getting cut every week this summer- so it should be great for the fall season. We can discuss costs as we get closer to the season.
--Joe Myers usually handles the Porta-Potty, I will reach out to him and let him know we need it there on 9/15.
- I just spoke to Joe Doc, the field will be lined for your 9/15 game
-Fred Gordon will be attending the Green Field meeting tonight.

Feel free to contact me with any questions- 484-716-3861

Thanks,

Chris

Hey Vely, it's Marilyn from the women's club. A couple questions/comments about the fall:
  - on 09.08/07 against Penn State, is that home or away?
-I have ALL the field equipment from the Howell Moore shed in my shed (home in Coatesville). We borrowed it for Chessesteaks, and I have not gotten it back to Howell Moore yet. I just want to make sure you have it for the first match.
-Grass Cutting. Has someone been doing it all summer, or is it going to get done once or twice before the season starts. If it has not been cut, we may need to rake it because the cutter does not bag. Let's make sure these arrangements are made before the season starts.
-Port O john. I've been in touch with McGovern once or twice over the years. Do you need me to make sure the johnny is there, or does one of the guys handle it?
FYI- the girls first game is September 15th, home against Doylestown. If you guys are home the 8th, I guess Joe Doc will get out there to line. If you're not home, can you give me his contact info, so I can make sure lines are set for the 15th.
I'll be at the green field meeting Wednesday August 8th at 6:30 pm at the WC police Dept. I hope to see a rep from the guys club there. We'll probably look to move to Green field by early October (getting dark early etc.)
I'll forward this to the girls board and let them know I've been in touch. Hope to hear from you soon, Marilyn
