Gerry, you have all the equipment for 3 fields??? can you give us a list of 
what you have.. paint , liners, spectator rope..etc... joe and i think we 
may need to have a 4th field.. you have goal post pads etc.???  how many 
people are going to be there friday to set up??? what time.... how many 
liners do you have?

Gerry...can you give us a list of what you guys will be bringing.. you  will 
get all the stuff for concessions... water, gatorade, watermellon, fruit, 
grill..... posterboard and markers... cash box, and change..... tables??
can you make sure you bring duct tape and trashbags for all of the teams??

what format will you be using and can we do it ahead of time to put it on 
the website??
is karen B in charge of making the board and bringing posterboard, markers,

water... i am picking up  13 donated  cases.. we need more for the massage 
tent and refs and teams

tents... am picking up the big tent.. but we need folding tables, coolers 
and more tents... gerry, can you tell us how many of each you can bring?

tournament booklets.... we are handling

afterparty... everythings covered

pictures.. brandywine digital was not interested in coming.. so no photos

massage... will be there at 9/30//  i am getting the big tent for them..need 
water and ice and coolers
