Hey Ladies,
I know its long overdue..lets have a board meeting
after cheesesteaks...its been too crazy...we have lots
on the agenda...lets plan for the 3rd monday of
july..that will give us a chance to get the tourny out
of the way.
as far as cheesesteaks, sarah, i can be in chrage of
volunteers..but i really cant assign most of the
things to do until that morning...i will run it..dont
worry...so dont count on me to play...ive gotten some
responses from people...we still need coolers, tents
and tables...i have a large folding table and cooler,
kim has a table as well....we also still need someone
in charge of the scoreboard...karen b isnt going to be
able to do it...watson?  do you think you could take
care of that?
I will not be able to make set up Friday...is someone
taking care of picking up stuff at our field for the
fourth field?
i dont think i can do much until that morning as far
as volunteers...some already have their
assignments...pet, price, khall, kim...michele,
smash....they all know....cook is coming if someone
emails her and lets her know she can crash at thier
place friday night...
other than that i will call you sarah, thursday....
i think we're looking good.
