heres what needs to be done this week!!!!

1. reminder of getting ads etc... in this week   someone want to contact 
jill will about my brothers company?? dont want to ask since its my brother

2. raffle items??? asking people to donate

3. krods email was good... but we need to talk to her about printing actual 
raffle tickets, with name on them

4. can someone send an evite out about the after party so that all of us can 
forward it to friends...


heres what it should say
* cant make it to tournament .. come after to pary with us... ( not in those 
words)
tournamnet awards and mvps will be done at party
raffle of wheelbarrow of cheer will be awarded ( we can do the raffles at 
the field but pick the winners at the bar... cant be the alchol into the bar 
but we can keep it in my truck)

list the drink specials and free hour??? of drinks for players

start time at 7??

music and dancing....

please add to this.. just trying to get random ideas down


can someone also send out an email to all listseves asking for "old girl" 
social members to come out to the tournamnet to help and to get them and 
their friends to come to the party...
eg. jill jackson,, maggie,,deb, mel, nicole, taylor,, teti,  anyone who  
doesnt play but we want to see!!!

girl cut ringers... and 10 men??? or more???





for the tournment shirts i need someone to lay out the wording so i can send 
it to gerry...   what font do we want feeling lucky in ???
