[Board] 7s Tournament Planning.. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP!!!

Hi all... ok.. few things that need to be decided this week!!
1. We all decided it def. is at pennypack.... everyone good with that??
we will have three fields.... gerry please let us know what we need to
bring... watson we def need as many field liners as possible... gerry , you
said you have everything else as well as paint??
2. port o pots?
3. refs... we decided on giving them a day rate.... do we want shirts also?
need to know this asap
how many do you think we need??
4. jerseys for winners... I need to know about this asap to ensure we get
them in time... I priced a wicking tee... with one color on front.... 5th
annual Kildares Cheesesteak 7's
7.7.07.
etc.... would be $11.15 each.. however, they have a min of 36 items... so
here are my thoughts..
a. do 12 mens premier winners...12 women... 12 ref polos
b. do 10 each in womens and mens open and premier winners which
would total 40 and i can embroider the refs polos
also i need to know what we want to put on them... just whats above??
hosted by our teams??? feeling lucky???... Pet can you help lay something
out
3. Tournament booklet..
Kildaires is going to do this for free!!! however we need anything we
want in it this week to send to their printers... please send all copy to
carrie who will send it to the manager at kildaires...
1. we need directions from the pitch to the drink up...
2. a parking lot thats easy to get to
3. any other ads etc that people have
4. tournament shirts...
Gerry, do you have the numbers of what we sold last year??
we thought..... on front ... on kelly green shirts.. with white
lettering............ feeling lucky??

Pet can you do something graphically??? i want to send the wording over to
kildaires so that we can put it in their font..... so we need to do this

water... kim i think you should ask for as many free cases as they will give
us... either i can pick them up or maybe one of the skill guys...
so basiclly i need asap answers on the wording on shirts.... and what i
should do about the shirts for winners.....
gerry any word on rugby imports and jerseys?
